Hello! I’m Danielle June, and I am the creator of #PathToPower, an intensive program that helps women of color clarify their personal & professional visions and define their plans to achieve it. In addition to serving as a coach, I am the founder of New Impact Partners a boutique consulting firm that creates opportunities for women of color to share their functional expertise and diverse perspectives with organizations and maximize our earning potential.

I’ve been a consultant most of my career supporting Fortune 500 companies in strategy development and helped women of color negotiate promotions & salary increases, clarify the vision and intended balance between family and career, and craft strategies that have collectively translated into hundreds of thousands of dollars by realizing their power.

Graduate of Spelman College with a BA in Economics and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University

Travelled around the world, working as a Consultant for 10 years, crafting organizational strategies with C-Suite Executives.

Coached and supported 100+ women of color in developing and reaching their visions.

This week we lost a family member and as I usually do.. I sat in reflection.. Reflecting on all that I have to be thankful for, all of the moments,all of the people, all of the experiences.. and thinking about my cousin @ms.__strawberry's life.. her
